Topics regarding layoffs at Nestle

This is a completely different company

Does Nestle seem like a completely different company than it was five years ago to anybody else but me? Now it's the total opposite of how it was in the past. None of the employees seem to care anymore, they are just going through the motions - not... — read more

Class action lawsuit coming

Everyone who worked for nestle through 2006 to 2019 will receive a letter to join in on it. Believe it or not someone was brave enough to go forward with a lawsuit regarding our brakes and lunches. Being forced to work through lunches was a big deal... — read more

retention bonus dropping this friday

Just checked nespay, it’s lumped in with severance pay. 16k gross after taxes a little over 10k. Tax rate was 39%. Can’t complain since since I’ve already been working the past couple of months at my new job.

final AMEX charges

for some reason there is still a balance of $600 on my Corporate Card. SAP Concurs travel site is little to no help. neither is Nestle HR...anyone have any good contact info?

Unemployment in Florida?

Does anyone know if you can collect in FL? While receiving severance.

Pension

Has anyone received information on pension benefits?

Retention Bonus Time

I believe most of the people laid off around mid to late November should be receiving their bonus by January 10th. I am happy it will becoming in 2020. Didn't want to be thrown in a higher tax bracket. Enjoy the new year everybody.

A New Year, A New Beginning

Happy New Year to all the former Nestle DSD employees. Many people I know personally have landed another job and they are doing well. I know a few that are still searching. To those people, stay positive and know a great opportunity is on it's way... — read more

Retention Bonus

Just curious has anyone let go first week of November get their retention bonus yet? Anyone that has already received regardless of last day is it paid via direct deposit like severance?

Question about final paperwork

My last date was November 8th. My immediate supervisor told me I would receive one more packet in the mail a month or so after with pension info, final bonus amount ect. My previous packets all came via UPS. I haven’t received anything yet. Has... — read more

Surprise you're no longer an employee....

So my husband was told in October that his last day would be end of January. Well Monday none of his apps/email was working. Contacted his new "boss" (3rd one since the changes), but of course he didn't have a clue and claimed they were working on... — read more

Alrighty...

Now that 95% of DSD workers are done, the complaining, belittling and down right ugliness on this site is dead for Nestle. Good luck to you all.

Just wanted to say...

it brings me joy to walk into these stores and see them empty! Truly shows me we DID make a DIFFERENCE and Nestle sadly had no clue.
