Thread regarding Nestle layoffs

Surprise you're no longer an employee....

So my husband was told in October that his last day would be end of January. Well Monday none of his apps/email was working. Contacted his new "boss" (3rd one since the changes), but of course he didn't have a clue and claimed they were working on it. Well yesterday we contact HR only to be told his last day was actually last week and no one bothered to tell him. This has been a total hot mess.

makes me wonder my son is a full time merch and was extended till 2-1he got a second packet though but all his apps dissapeared. i figure they dont need them taking miles after they sold the ice cream never cared about the pizza.

That s—s... sounds like they were stringing him along, just in case they needed someone. I got a new packet both times I was extended. Sorry to hear about your situation, but it sounds like they did him dirty, and there's no real recourse.

No a new packet never arrived. We have been asking them for weeks now for a new packet. Each time told it was coming but it never arrived.

When he was extended did he get a new packet overnighted to him with his new LDW on it? If so, then they have to honor that.
