Can they actually give SL4/5 just because you took sabbatical or medical leave ? Isn't that illegal? If so, why HR is not strictly advising these incompetent clown managers before every focal process ?

I was hired in Dec 2015 and worked just for 15 days in 2015. I didn't even fill a focal review for the year but was given a default rating of SSL5 in the month of march. Will I be impacted as part of the ISP?
