Intel is for people who don’t expect much
The situation used to be totally different, but Intel is now a company for those who are not overly ambitious and those who can remain indifferent to all the bad moves of leadership. Everyone else is looking for an opportunity with the... — read more
Nobody talking about the ACT policy change??
Check AVA, rehires are approved for “most” ACT victims. Pat continuing to undo BK’s mess. I don’t see how some on here worship BK so much…
Collective action of the employees
Why are Intel employees collectively not pushing back against the policy of coming in to the office, just like Amazon and Apple employees did? If we were to do that, things would change in our favor. What are your thoughts on this?
Predictions on Pat?
If the coming 12 months are like the past 12 months? If the stock continues to decline another 20%, back under $40? Will his Kool-Aid turn sour? Will he surrender and retire to his golden years?
Is hard work and commitment worth it at all?
Favorites get all the promotion. It is a well known fact. But is there anyone here who has been promoted and achieved this solely through their hard work and commitment?

What does executive VP mean?
What is the point of promoting a VP to executive VP if they already report to the CEO?
Totally Lost my confidence
Pat promoted Raja to EVP. All of the bozos in old SSG (the new software group,) got promoted. They don’t even understand software. All of them. Instead of fixing the weak, toxic top people, Pat has been promoting them. What a shame. I don’t have... — read more

Forget about work-life balance
