Nobody at HON seems interested in making sure that the brain drain is mitigated and the most talented people stay with the company. On the contrary, the management is happy to see them go and it keeps throwing money their way during layoffs to make... — read more

Being a “yes man” is not always a way to get ahead at Honeywell?
That's a classic trap in any work situation. Being a "yes" man brings you more work, but not necessarily more personal satisfaction, or money. And, at the same time people expect you to take on more and more. Don't be fooled, HON likes "yes man"... — read more

Thoughts on why Honeywell has so many open and unfilled positions?
Even when you work your hardest it’s still not enough for them?
I do work for several people. I’ve never liked to talk about myself in superlatives, but objectively, I work a lot more and I’m much more productive than most of those who have a much better status than me in this company. It doesn't bother me, but... — read more
Not available anymore
Is that one of the best parts of giving a notice? After years of having to be available here 24/7, as of yesterday I finally don't care about being available and at your service all day. I agree that it’s okay to work hard and be engaged, however... — read more
Why bother at all?
We work so hard each day, we give it our all, and for what? For a company that uses us up without recognition, steps all over us instead of rewarding our work, and then discards so many of its best like yesterday's trash. HON lost all of its core... — read more
HON Stock at all time high, yet everyone is still complaining?
How do you explain this? HON stock will be at $250 before EOD, if you hold stock you should be in a very good position. We are adding headcount, sales are going up, etc. And yet, people are not happy - why is this happening? One would asssume that... — read more

If you are looking to leave, what is the main reason?
I'm wondering what's the main reason why so many people are leaving or looking to leave Honeywell right now. For those who are in that group, do you mind sharing the main reason? Is it the lack of job security? The lack of proper pay raises? Lousy... — read more
