Reminder that Honeywell is cutting short term disability from 26 weeks @100% to 8 weeks then 18 @70% effective April first.

This company is a such a joke that we are still prohibited from buying printer paper and pens while mad dog and the ALT rake in millions in compensation. It shows where the priorities are with this company.

Later the chatter about HBT is picking up here, is HBT business is bad? Could there be layoffs? Spinoffs?

I was very happy when I got the job here and at the beginning I gave my best. Now I often wonder whether it is worth investing efforts here at all. I'm almost ready to give up but maybe there is someone who still thinks it's worth it?

The company I worked for was acquired in 2019. We were required to sign new Honeywell agreements that say we won’t work for competitors, clients or partners. I see resignations weekly. What is the point of the agreement?
