Ceo Pay

Our CEO makes 183 million according to CNBC but a ops manager makes 43k start out. Hey photo op Steven how about you give back your comp for some lowly staff base pay.

Radical changes are needed

I am afraid of how all this will look if the leadership does not make some radical changes. What changes would you like to see first?

Some employees don't even know what they need to do

This is a total mess. Whose fault is it that some people have too much work while others don't know what they need to do and thus spend their days slacking off? There are lots of completely useless people here who are just milking the company.

Start your engines..

Well, here we go again with unnecessary big spend to have all of the board and executives at the 24 hour of le mans race in France.. Massive layoffs to keep the funding to go play with race cars... WOW!!! Keep applying yellow lipstick and it's... — read more

European layoffs?

I’ve been reading of massive layoffs in US as a sort of purge. When will this happen in Hertz Europe?! No changes for a long time even if Leadership is cr-p. I have a few names if you need hints!

This management is incapable of change

Every time I hear about Hertz, I think of the multitude of articles on the failed ERP implementation. Has c-suite not learned their lesson? The answer is a resounding NO. As long as we have the same leadership at the top, nobody should expect to... — read more

No improvements

Instead of improvements, this company is taking steps backwards, someone said it very well in one of the posts. There are more and more people who have given up all hopes that things will change for the better... Isn't that sad?
