More and more people I talk to are leaving or trying to leave.
Better get out before your the last man/woman standing with a heavy workload.

Unfortunately, that's why people were laid off. They can't fix the issues in the field so they used the salaries of those of us who got laid off to offset losses in revenue. Disgusting.
We can’t even believe the disaster in field ops. The customer CX team can’t even keep up with the complaints and issues. They just blame it on the operators. Our team is Just being told to push them to the highest UTE possible.
It's not going to get better. Leave, as soon soon as you can!
