While on unpaid layoff status as the previous poster indicated our benefits remain in effect, if your status does not change then we are laid off and terminated at which point our benefits coverage remain in effect until the end of May, at which point we are offered Cobra coverage in accordance with what our severance period is. I wasn’t happy with the call or the decision but I was listening.
