Did you say “honor” and upper management? That’s funny. There is no honor, integrity or morals. We have VPs with so many skeletons in their closet it’s disgusting. I’m just waiting for them to start falling out. Any negative PR as it relates to this will only sink the ship. They aren’t secrets anymore when everyone talks about them. #Resilience #liars

@bq to say they are leading teams would mean they are leaders. They don’t deserve the title. They su-ked up and got jobs and promotions that they didn’t deserve. To preserve their unwarranted promotion they continue to act unethical and will do anything to self promote. This is what we call nepotism. When the HRBP, CSO and SBS are lock step the entire Org will suffer. We all know
who is really in charge. Someone speak up and expose it already. Someone from the past or the present. How many more “offsites” and QBRs do we need to sit through before we “do the right thing” given that our entire existence stands on integrity. #resilience

@OP it’s everything that ISN’T going on. People don’t leave jobs - they leave sh*ty leaders. The culture is toxic and has been for a while. Nike isn’t going to recover from this for a long time. You can only walk around doing unethical sit for so long before it catches up. When you can’t have a voice and HR protects the VPs and their favs it’s time to really speak up throw the shoes away and move on. #resilience #toxic

It’s simple. Leaders at the top lack morals and integrity. Self serving and toxic leadership that leads to decisions being made that aren't what’s best for Nike. Sadly you have fake teams that serve no real purpose and the leaders of said teams have an ego that’s so inflated they wouldn’t admit it AND they have to protect their favorites.

These are dated issues that go back many many many years. You can’t hide your inflated team and inappropriate behavior forever and be successful!. #resilience #dotherightthing

@1ng so many teams like said team. Protecting people and not making business decisions that are best for the company is exactly why our business is in the toilet. Let’s hire ETWs for our fake work when as an FTE (and Leader) you know that there isn’t even enough work for half of your team to stay busy. It’s an embarrassment. Shame on that leader. don’t give said team ANYTHING and you will naturally dissolve a team that adds no real value to Nike. THAT would be Nike actually doing the right thing. Sad but true. #resilience

@3fr Ah yes, nothing screams "healthy culture" quite like publicly celebrating your colleagues' layoffs. A true masterclass in empathy and leadership — firing people and then calling it a detox. Bravo!
so glad to hear the workplace is now an exclusive club of “non-useless” survivors. I’m sure morale, trust, and job security are at an all-time high. Who wouldn’t thrive in an environment where people are one reorg away from being labeled toxic and cheered out the door?
