We still living under the tyranny of Bella, Vin and Andy. My friend in helpdesk, says every day is screaming angry FAs, in infrastructure it endless incident calls, in my app dev group the business hates us because we can't finish projects. Our VP was scolding all of us about the pressure he's under, yet people keep leaving. We all keeping our heads down and hiding. #raymondjames

I've noticed in previous posts a few people used hashtags so let make sure we all do it.
Our manager was screaming at us today about the outages of system. Everyday something is down and volume of calls from FAs that are so angry. Weeks after my friends are fired last year, we have the big failure of exadata oracle. Ever since then it is all the time. I see news about how great our technology is, but it is lies.

In 8 years of working they've never had a succesful disaster test. That issue with Oracle Exadata was self inflected by IT but the management tried to blame oracle. My old manager in Zolper group told me they had to lie to the FAs about the real cause. I'm so glad I was fired last year, as it started the next chapter in my career.

HR definitely monitors and posts this site, my old girlfriend worked in HR and told me they did. I'm still angry too, at having to work in this terrible environment and all my friends that are still out of work. I think we all need to hashtag #raymondjames and #bellaallaire and #vincampagnoli so our posts show up in google to help others
