I keep watching the RJ career site and it is steadily growing. Right now there are nearly 500 open positions. I look at some of the history by looking at postings today or yesterday or the past week and see consistent adding of jobs. To me that means turnover must be very bad. These newbies come on board and see how bad things are and then leave. How else can this be explained? I speak to a few people still at RJ and I get the same answer, "this is only a paycheck until I can find something else". I feel bad for all the "worker bees" and have no sympathy for management, especially Paul, Bella and Vin. I know this is meaningless to them but I feel a bit better just saying it.

yes there are so many people leaving at all levels of the IT department. the hot job market for tech people is allowing many people to flee the horrible abusive IT management. it is not meaningless, a bet a lot of people read this website. hopefully they will read this and see how terrible this IT department is under Bella and Vin. i can't wait to get out myself, and fingers crossed it will be soon. RJ technology group is terrible!!!
