This is a great strategy to be able to cherry pick teams when you need to thin the heard. When they need you the data will say your team should get an exception - when they don't need you, data says you need to be in office. #playnicebutwin

More from the fortune cookie

Here’s a great one…

“Find purpose and passion in your life by being part of something greater than yourself. #PlayNiceButWin

Great words of advice. Meanwhile you couldn’t be more selfish and focused on only you and your bank account. Pathetic.

You should invest in your company Michael instead of using it as a money tree making your money off the backs of others and creating an absolutely terrible terrible culture.

Please know and understand something, your workers don’t respect you. They don’t work for you. They don’t work for the betterment of Dell. They work for themselves because they know what you are.

This is only the beginning. It’s starts with mandatory coming in five days a week and soon it will be mandatory 8-5 with a strict attendance policy. They know exactly what they’re doing. Dont let it work! #PlayNiceButWin

The MD fortune cookie speaks again!

Another golden one from yoda.

“Everybody gets angry. But don’t stay angry. Anger is counter-productive. Instead, be motivated by a desire to help others and . . . Love, Family, Country, Compassion, and Mastery. #PlayNiceButWin

He says to the 10’s of thousands he had laid off in less than a year, as the economy struggles and he sits in his mansion making money off the backs of others. Then rewards them by sc--wing them over.

How about instead of posting to social media you spend your time making investments in your company, thinking outside your little laptop and server box and actually doing something actually innovative instead of running a manufacturing company.

I know you don’t have an original thought in your head and neither do your staff. I think it’s time you moved along and let someone else with original thoughts take over so Dell can actually transform into a technology company. Let’s try that. Then you can go full time on social media.

The hits keep coming - is this guy serious?

Poor poor advice from the man himself

“Never let a good crisis go to waste—and if there is no crisis, create one (as a way of motivating change and progress). During a crisis—or any other time—focus on what you can control. Crises often create new opportunities. Instead of wallowing in your problems, find the opportunity. #PlayNiceButWin

Create a crisis? You mean to say, “read the market and work towards change”.

Meanwhile, you’re laying off thousands. Literally leading the industry.

https://www.itedgenews.africa/report-reveals-dell-is-the-tech-company-that-has-laid-off-the-most-employees-in-2024-so-far/#:~:text=Leading%20the%20pack%2C%20however%2C%20is,at%20U.S.%2Dbased%20tech%20companies.

This is all to put a buck in your pocket. Literally ruining peoples lives. They make unions because of sh!tbags like you.

No wonder why your company will never be any good. Mike let’s admit it. You resell computer parts.

Another fortune cookie

Here is a great one from the latest fortune cookie.

“Teams win championships, not players. Always put the team ahead of the player. #PlayNiceButWin

Everyone knows this. Here is the most critical piece of this, players have accountability of which Michael, you have none.

It’s a classic line as you layoff thousands.

You couldn’t be more hypocritical.

Michael Dell the business fortune cookie

Again Mike. Stop posting your ridiculous tidbits of already known information to LinkedIn. Did you just take an MBA class?

“Ideas are a commodity. Execution of them is not. Coming up with a great idea or strategy is necessary but not sufficient for success. You must execute. This requires detailed operational discipline and understanding. #PlayNiceButWin

Speaking of ideas Michael, did you ever have an original thought of your own? Putting PC’s together isn’t really revolutionary.

Do you just buy ideas and layoff the people who had them? That seems more like you.

Michael - stop with the LinkedIn posts

Michael - stop with you foolish LinkedIn posts. Your company is bleeding people left and right. You’re cutting services, engineering and any type of progress to tell a story that isn’t real about AI. This little gem is my favorite

“Trustworthiness, ethics, and integrity are paramount. You can’t be successful over time without these values. Markets are long-term efficient. If I make a commitment and don’t meet it, or if I deliver a bad product or service, no one will want to buy from me again. #PlayNiceButWin

Your employees don’t trust you at all. Ethics and integrity?!?? You sc--w people all day, especially your employees.
You got fined by the SEC. I don’t think you should talk about ethics.

You have made tons of commitments and not met them. Your company does it daily.

Stop posting or recycling your old posts on LinkedIn and grit and perseverance…you’re embarrassing yourself.
