In case you hadn’t noticed, this website is to allow discussions about company layoffs. So, when a company has laid off thousands upon thousands of employees, as Honeywell has, who better to comment on the circumstances than those employees who have been laid off?
Who better to express concerns about job security and upcoming reductions than those who are still employed there?
It sounds like you just don’t want the public to hear the truth about just how distraught this company truly is financially.
When a department requires the purchase of a $10 part to be approved at the director level, I would say there is a problem.
So if the former employees and the current employees are not to post here, exactly who, in your infinite wisdom, is supposed to be sharing their comments on here?
