“Culture is the weather not the forecast”. Heard this great quote the other day and wish Fiserv executives understood how broken the culture is outside of their ivory tower, personal drivers, and private jets.
As the most basic level, culture is actions and not words. When leadership feeds us empty promises, paid-for recognition, continual layoffs, and micromanagement, the result will be a culture that lives on fear and chaos.
In Lincoln, the HR gal was bragging that health insurance rates would remain the same for 2023 as if this is some kind of perk. This is rather disappointing - rates should DROP after the thousands of layoffs. Shame on you Frank. The insurance hardly covers anything as-is, and the deductibles are insane. #fiservembarrassed
Leave it to HR to reply to their own posts with fake propaganda, up-vote their own bogus replies 10 times in a row, and then inflate Glassdoor with a bunch of fake reviews. Want a genuine rating boost so you can sleep at night? Stop stealing from associates and bring back the 401k match. #fiservembarrassed

Prediction: Due to the massive number of recent indiscriminate layoffs, clients will become increasingly frustrated with the ramp-up in service outages and will switch over to more stable competitors in droves. This, coupled with damaging yet truthful word-of-mouth, will ultimately lead to a simultaneous implosion and explosion so friggin' big that it will be studied by physicists for years to come. #fiservembarrassed
Prediction: Leadership will continue to strip away retirement benefits, replacing them with childish gimmicks in a cheaply transparent attempt to buy back employee support. Rather than reinstate actual tangible benefits such as the 401k match, a "no-pants Friday" dress code "enhancement" will be touted to try to make employees forget about how much they are being used and abused while the company violently explodes straight off the friggin' tracks. #fiservembarrassed
Prediction: Leadership will continue to waste company dollars on shills in a vain attempt at rescuing the rock-bottom morale and irrecoverably damaged company image. In addition, they will continue to waste big fat chunks of money on fake Fortune awards and force employees to pack their email signatures full of lies. Any remaining money will NOT be used to "richly" reward employees, but instead will be funneled into friggin' fake Glassdoor reviews. #fiservembarrassed
