Leadership updates occurred/occurring across the company to end the week. Strategy and approach should be clear now. While we continue to experience rapid change and not everyone associate will be around for the full journey, the future is bright

Agree. From fiserv it’s just business when they derail your career and crush your financial plans. But then they want high engagement and 24x7 on call. No matter how much extra effort you’ll give they will always be looking for ways to cut you. Morally bankrupt
To the original poster, you should be inspiring people to leave. Fiserv just announced another 120 people getting laidoff in two locations in Indy. Another example of Fiserv being more about business than employee's. During the meetings this past year senior managements said multiple times regarding layoffs, "Its nothing personal, its just business." So remember this company is all about it's business and not employee's. If you get an opportunity to move on, i would take it.
Clean house of the Dublin mafia
You are correct and more warn notices have been posted. I hope you find a better company to move to
Fiserv is FD under the hood, you can polish a t–d, it's still sh–. It's embarrassing to work for a firm like this. People are suffering mental health issues because of how many lay offs there are and the pressure this puts on teams who lose talented folk, we're looking over our shoulders wondering who is next.
It’s a good company period
Ok maybe a new SVP product leader in our division. (Current is leaving) will be the spark for us. To answer your ESPP question, because it’s automatic. Meaning it happens without thinking.
Wow, the brand managers are busy today.
Protip, champ: If you want FISV stock to not descend to junk status, maybe you should put more effort into slathering another layer of lipstick on that pig of a product catalog, and not so much time trolling layoff sites.
Just a thought.
You do know this site us for lay-off rumors. It’s essentially a venting site for disgruntled employees, yet here you are posting like you’re sharing message from corporate leadership. Lol.
Take your Pom pons and shove them.
@wrx+15ZiAyi0 Why would you buy stock through the ESPP plan if there is no discount... Why not just open an account with a company like etrade, tdameritrade or robin hood... just buy the stock directly when you get paid or for that matter buy a better stock. Why wait to buy it each quarter? My 0.02
WITHOUT the discount thanks to Frank
That wasn’t nice but look at the stock price today !!!!!! I purchase thru ESPP
Inspiring would be people like you getting covid
Jesus Christ, these people are unreal. They remind me of the Jonestown followers
Prediction: Due to the massive number of recent indiscriminate layoffs, clients will become increasingly frustrated with the ramp-up in service outages and will switch over to more stable competitors in droves. This, coupled with damaging yet truthful word-of-mouth, will ultimately lead to a simultaneous implosion and explosion so friggin' big that it will be studied by physicists for years to come. #fiservembarrassed
WTH are you smoking? I dont even know where to begin with this c-appola. What is clear? We have heard nothing in the trenches. Rapid change? For what purpose? What needs change other than the CEO again? Hopefully if you are an ASSociate, you will be one of the ones not making the journey. The future is bright because we are on fire and not in a good way.
