Everyone has their reasons and it’s not mine to judge others. But I left Fiserv because I wanted to build something again before my career was over. Watching someone just manage a business for numbers and not creating something wasn’t how I wanted it to end. It was soul crushing I get it, I’m practical and know it’s a job there. But I needed something more.

Formal announcement "soon".
@4ejb+168AAHGl Pretty sure FB was sitting on the can when it finally dawned on him months later - he ain’t terribly bright remember- that the vote buttons are here. Then he rang up his mafiosos and had them “fix it” for him. Probably forced another hundred layoffs to pay the bribes to the fake posters.
Wow, hundreds of shill votes now. How sad is that?
All it does is reinforce the command and control atmosphere that Team Orange has become.
The 401K is coming back Frank already on the record on that point. Formal announcement soon.
HR is able to get negative reviews removed, despite what Glassdoor says. They can claim breach of privacy, slander, whatever. But they do get them removed.
If so many people are upset with the company. Shouldn't the upset people take time to post a review on Glassdoor to show the real approval rating? Maybe multiple to offset the large number of fake reviews; otherwise, maybe the HR troll has a point.
Leave it to HR to reply to their own posts with fake propaganda, up-vote their own bogus replies 10 times in a row, and then inflate Glassdoor with a bunch of fake reviews. Want a genuine rating boost so you can sleep at night? Stop stealing from associates and bring back the 401k match. #fiservembarrassed
@2gob+168AAHGl Looks like since the new CEO got into place. the approval ratings are starting to go up from 3.0 to 3.1 on Glassdoor. Looks like he is already starting to move the needle, maybe? What do you guys think ?
Loosened lap band enough to comment on 2 threads today ? Nice job pudgy, proud of you. Tom needs more water, hop on that stat
Good luck in your build. It is your opinion not shared by 44,000 others who see the tremendous opportunity at the new Fiserv. It is true a certain percentage in business and life are not able to change or embrace a new way of doing things and rationalize in their own way leaving something great to try something new because they want to be in control only to learn a tough life lesson. I hope it doesn’t turn out that way for you but life tells me it will. Good luck!
I don't think could have said it better myself.
Yes, that is what the place has become, just a job. And the way they create profits is not by excelling but by cutting jobs.
