Heard from a Ford Senior Manager that 40-50% headcount reduction is required for Ford to even survive. Is the financial situation so bad? Can they fix the problems or go under in few years?

How many of you have retired and went back to work after a year or 2? What are your reasons besides financial?

Literally travel the world and no one seems to notice . I decline meetings all the time.

Lots of "we should" comments from all leaders. Not one of them took any responsibility for the current mess.

“Ford Secure is a subscription for Stolen Vehicle Services.” Why would anybody pay Ford for this? If we need a layoff, anybody associated with 5his should go first.
