@OP. You can do two things:
- Take advantage of the free time and opportunities at FMC to sharpen your skills, polish your resume and find another job.
- Keep daydreaming.
Number one is risky, but also number two. If young, go for the firts option. If not, just buy your time until retirement. I am doing number two, btw.
Get paid for finding a better job .
If you are no long making a different, value, or contributing to the company- you should leave.
5 day per week RTO will fix that for you.
Its coming, trust me.
Stop whining! They are paying you good money for your time. If you don’t like the job, go find a different one.
Get a different job then I guess. Be thankful for the one you have. Lots of other folks would probably be happy to have yours.
This can cause neurological problems in the long run. Simply getting a pay check with such serious risk to your health is not worth it. Take care.
Leave?
Just collect your check. They owe you that.
