Why would you furlough currently your most experienced operator in a section who also has to help operators around him because the chargehand doesn't have a clue.

So Aberdeen are to dismiss some members of staff currently on sick leave the word is. Claiming gross misconduct by not fulfilling contract! All to avoid paying redundancy packages.
