So Walgreens has completely eliminated the SM bonus, and now store managers are leaving Walgreens left and right. No bonus = no incentive to stay. Might cvs follow suit and do the same thing?

How is an SM expected to assist a very high volume Pharmacy, when there are only a total of (4) F/S employees, and therefore, they work in pairs, every other day?

Seriously though. Been to multiple locations in the past couple of days. Stores are not stocked well and look like they haven’t been faced in months. Cvs is just falling apart. Only a matter of time

North Carolina store here. Just been told by DL that we are going to be downgraded from Store Manager position to team leader and by end of next year we will all be hourly. Its time to head for the nearest exit

Here in Indiana, nearly all of our hours are going to RX. Honestly, it is really going to hurt CVS's brand, the front store is a convenient store. WE now have banker's hours, people are just going to go to Walgreens instead.
