How is our $300 comparing to what the competition doing.
Do you think this is a fair pay for the risk we are undertaking daily (it's scary)?
Thoughts???
Stay safe and good luck.

Wags is getting the same thing (but like another poster said, sometimes the grass is greener- I make $4.50 more/hour than I did when I left Customers Very Stupid 2 years ago- after NINE FT years of loyalty. Not that they care(d).) Do I think it's enough? As an immunodeficient employee whose MDs want me out like...YESTERDAY...nope. But it's as good as we're gonna get from these chains.
Birmingham CVS until you wait 14 hours in line for a test then wait 48 hours for results and only if you come back positive - shhh don’t tell anyone , then see if your buddy store can cover your shifts ,,,,,,, absolutely horrible despite the fact that even if it’s not covid your still sick , that’s how manager is treated , if it’s an hourly they say send them home for 2 weeks and do your best by yourself
Birmingham CVS being kept open with a positive tests for covid. HR savvy conversations are taking place but no quarantine.
I left CVS a few months back. Work for a company now that is giving me $2.50 an hour more per hour. Plus they are giving me my full pay for 2 weeks regardless of if I hit my hours or not. The grass really can be greener sometimes.
Wal Mart is giving the same plus $2 more and hour to employees... it’s sad when cvs has become lower then wal mart
They didn't have to give me $, so i am thankful for it. I would have rather had better planning and execution of protecting our colleagues. Seems like no one at the top has any real leadership skills.
It’s gesture, but not a fair one
