Come on folks

Come on folks. If CHK or Angela Ports wants to know who is posting all they need to do is file a jane for suit. The subpoena the ip's here and then subpoena the ISP for who had which ip when. Not that hard, but it is time consuming and costly.

Vesting unvested stock is the only way to avoid lawsuits. The unvested stock is nothing more than deferred compensation. If people are involuntary terminated without cause there is no reason no to sue if the stock is not vested
