Someone in the accounting department approached me about signing a letter they are sending to Advent over concerns the accounting department has. I declined, but it was not a pretty letter. Its getting real ugly.

Finally, getting some confidence... Let's pull through 2 quarter hard....

Beat budget but still purging money, and fast. Budget is a negative double digit comp. Budget is a joke. Company mis budgeted Easter which will kill CR in May. They had no clue about the Easter shift.

That is what they get for being such a poor employer, I hope they go bankrupt, it will serve them right for being the most poorly managed company ou there.

The bigger problem is CR is in such a bad situation, that good talent does not want to work there. So they have to hire sub-par replacements. So the talent keeps getting worse and worse. The last few hires have been complete train-wrecks.

The turnover has been crazy, after the layoff a lot of people quit and a few more were fired. When business is this bad, nobody wants to stick around. The executive has made it known that they hate working there, that's not really motivating. Unless... — read more
