Stock Price is Dead in Water
IF stock price drops below 20 and stays there for over three months, you can count on big layoffs again, it’s like clockwork.
Easier than layoffs?
I like how someone put it in one of the threads below - "easier than layoffs". Do you think that companies will in some way benefit from people not wanting to get vaccinated, because that way they could get rid of them more easily than through... — read more

Dividend and LayOffs
It seems like that juicy 6% dividend is the best thing Williams has to offer. It certainly isnt the performance of the stock it had been miserable. Considering this, cover your self, because they will be cutting costs any chance they get. The big... — read more
NG is greater than 4 bucks
It looks like Williams is chasing again, they don’t have the personnel to build the pipelines needed to move product. Many have been fired, terminated, let go, quit or kicked out the door. Stock is stuck at 25 and doing nothing again.
There has been little chatter about more layoffs
Is this a good thing or the calm before the storm?
Time to Act
I hear there are still people at Williams over 50. It is time for another “voluntary” retirement offer to clean out the “dead wood”.
9/80 days gone!
Many of the oil & gas majors have now switched permanently to a "hybrid" remote work model...Work from home on Mondays & Fridays with option to work remotely on Tuesdays-Thursdays, while still maintaining 9/80 schedules. Seems like Williams now... — read more
Solar Panels
Anybody know if Williams is converting from natural gas to solar power to meet their net zero emissions goals?
The truck trick
So they are taking away field trucks again and giving them to the VPs. How creative.
Trucks be gone?
I’m going to ask Alan if I can borrow his Porsche to get to work
Layoffs coming again
All employee meeting in PA end of the week. Land dept. getting cuts, pulling the company trucks.
People Are Sharing Red Flags In Job Interviews That Say "Working Here Would S---"
https://www.buzzfeed.com/ryanschocket2/job-interview-red-flags-reddit Sounds like my interview at Williams...... it’s like as if all Williams employees worked at Enron for Andy Fastow, Jeff Skilling or Lu Pai or Ken Lay.

As I predicted, stock price is over 20, only “trimming of the fat”’ this Holiday Season, no mass layoffs. Have a great day!
Trimming the Fat
Looks like they are “trimming the fat”, at Williams, great timing right before the holidays. I see people losing their jobs on Linkedin. A manager even came on this board and tried to defend it. Have a great week!!
What’s New
Are they going to get into solar panels
Layoffs coming soon

Williams Northwest Pipeline Salt Lake City, UT
If it’s money to be saved, the Williams Northwest Pipeline Salt Lake City, UT Headquarter’s culture of excessively over-stacked and redundant management - needs to be fiscally looked at very closely.

There are a lot of construction leaders who know nothing about construction. I can think of one self glorified individual who probably can't even hang a picture frame, but will constantly advertise how long he has been doing 'this'. Some make sure... — read more

Chk
They went belly up, doesn’t surprise me. Williams merger with access midstream wasn’t all that great as well. Lots of hype and BS with it, lots of good people at Williams lost their job because of it.
One sharp cookie
The poster that predicted layoffs in 2020 several months ago If the stock price was in the red. Should be rehired to run the company, imo.
Another Round of Layoffs
Was in a meeting last week for a "strategic staffing plan" effort where it was confirmed we are looking for an additional 10-20% reduction across the board. Management is saying the effort is about optimizing our people and organizations, but when... — read more
