I like how someone put it in one of the threads below - "easier than layoffs". Do you think that companies will in some way benefit from people not wanting to get vaccinated, because that way they could get rid of them more easily than through layoffs?
It seems to me that there are a lot of those who will oppose the vaccine mandates in which case this company could lose a lot of people. I don't know if Williams can handle losing so many people....

You are at At Will employee at Williams. You can leave whenever you like and they can terminate you whenever they like for whatever reason.
Require the vaccine, people that are vaccinated are getting the virus!!! How would this help things?
Who do you think is running the company? It’s not the CEO it’s Wall Street and the investors. If big investors want a mandated vaccine that is what will happen. Most people will probably get the vaccine anyhow because it would be too hard to find a better job. To me this a no brainer just mandate the vaccine to protect the workforce. This company knows how to terminate people then do it all the time, replacements are eagerly waiting to jump on board.
They have had no problem in the past firing massive amounts of people at one time, look at 2016. Let’s face it they are big company there are lots of people want to work at. They can easily get replacements. It won’t help the company but they aren’t going out of business with a lock on natural gas supplies. Lol 😆
