How will the new structure affect garden center DMS?

Anyone heard anything on what’s going to happen to the prepared foods lead? Heard quite a few different things. Just didn’t see the since in them eliminating the whole position after putting someone through trainings and giving them a raise

Stores in our area have moved the gun display,ammo, paint machine...into the auto section. So the auto sales floor person will do all 3 services. Sporting goods ,Hardware clerks floor associates were let go. 5 in our store.

I don't think I’m being unrealistic to ask this question. A lot of the retail companies have better wages than us. Will there come a tie when people will refuse to work for peanuts at WM?
