What does everyone think about people in Mechanical department volunteering to work overtime versus being forced?

It will be sad to go when my number is called. I have sacrificed a lot for this company. It's sad that some college kid who punches numbers and hides injuries from the FEDS to get his bonus on the hard work of others gets to stay.
