Because severance is offered paying at least 10 weeks WARN may not apply? Does anyone else think that may be the case?

3/31 is the last day of the benefit cycle

It better be 10 weeks + every year. Can you imagine being laid off after working there 1 year and all you get was 1 week severence?

I have heard several different discussions about severance pay. I have heard one week per year of service. Is that correct or is it 10 weeks plus each year? Anyone know for sure?

Pay grade EX 17 and above get bonuses.

I don't think the benefits date of 4/1 has anything to do with it. Usually the severance is 10 weeks pay plus one week for every year of service and that would include benefits during that time too.

Is 3/31 significant for some reason?
