I am an Ops Mgr at SLB. I have been told verbally to send out crews when conditions are poor: strong wind; heavy rain; little or no rest for the crew to increase the likelihood of a fender bender. That way we can release "field people" without repercussion.

Try to do the right thing and report embezzlement and boss with fake engineering diploma and I get fired same day boss does. Seems fair SLB.
