and then you get marched to your office to pick up your belongings and then escorted to your car and ordered to leave.
Doesn't matter how long you have been there the humiliation is the same.

There will not be an email. A manager will come to your desk and say do you got a minute and he will say follow me and you will start walking and next thing you know you will be in HR's office and HR and the center manager will be there waiting for you.
Just keep an eye on your emails over the next few weeks regarding an invite to meet with HR
