"Perfect Storm"
I am sure this is not very common, but my group had 14 folks, 2 were let go. Two poor performers were axed, they would come in late, leave early, avoid over-time at any cost, and the rest of us had to cover. Nobody liked them. This time, they paid the price, they had cushy jobs and were well paid, a little bit of discipline and respect for peers and managers would paid off, yet, they had none of that. I am glad we let them go. God bless.
