I used to be part of it and still remember the extent of power that the Colombian and British clans widely exercised in Houston. They would dictate the situation not depending on the budget and professional ethics but based on their personal ambitions. Is this still the case there? Why does not SLB wide'em out and clean up this mess promptly so that talented but suppressed folks can bring real-time feasible benefits to SLB. It was ridiculous!
