Follett is a terrible place to humans to work. Didn't use to be that way. It is now. All this gesticulation is nothing more than the chickens body flailing after the head has been removed. While there are plenty of high salaried people acting as the chicken's head, they're ineffective.
Follett is a horrible place to work for women or minorities. What a bigoted group of people 'leading' (term used very loosely) the company.

Right, NO ONE leaves at 5. We are understaffed just like the field, so forced to work many more hours just to cover basic functions. Sat and Sundays are also included now. Suffering just like the stores except we are stuck here pretending to love our jobs.
Cut labor at the stores, and add to the home office. Someone in a home office department told me the building empty's out by 5pm every day.
