What does brytewave even mean? Stupider name than cafescribe.
Its actually worse than Cafescribe. It had 1.5 stars, Brightwave just one star. Hideous! This is going to do wonders for the Follett brand and image.
Same shit program as cafescribe, different name.
Was this developed on shore or off shore? By whom?
37303 I hope that statement is said with sarcasm. Nothing with Follett is user friendly. Comments are from customers mouths to my ears. NOT USER FRIENDLY. The Temps say the hiring is not user friendly. The rental process for them to access account is not user friendly. It's ALL EMBARRASSING! Wtf? Seriously who is in charge?
Its the users fault. They are just lazy, they need to work harder to understand how the application works.
A whopping 1 star review from users on the apple iTunes Store. "The Stinkhorn of E-readers" from latest user review.
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/brytewave/id910147064?mt=8. READ ALL ABOUT IT!!
How about this one from a student posted on fb? "the brytewave reader is bad and you should all feel bad for having a team of developers fully cast by half dead hamsters." Would you like more examples?
Where are these customer comments posted?
It is not going over well.
Glitchy was one word described. All very embarrassing when you're on the front lines.
