Mobile POS

How come my store was instructed to not use the mobile POS? Would have been a huge help for us line busting.

The check box on the scorecard said it was done. It didn't say anything about it working. It got checked off so SS could collect a nice fat bonus. It has nothing to do with helping the stores.

They just needed to say that meet their deadline and buy some time.

This is what you get for 100+ consultants? Half a brain dead solution.

Since you don't have to use it, this is a "6 month" project that ML and SS are taking credit for as a "big win". WinDSS won't be turned on until 3/31/16 so it is actually a 2 year project. The board needs to see through the smoke and look at reality.

Well seeing managers were given the choice to use it or stay with WinDSS, I'm guessing we won't really know. It has limited functionality so there's not much to say about it to begin with.

How's the new POS working out?

Just because management said it was coming doesn't mean it's coming. They lie. They lie a lot.

They also said they fired 600 front line, experienced employees to better service the student. See, they lie. They lie a lot.

I don't think mobile was part of the first phase of the project.
