Efollett site - This looks professional

Lots of question marks. I'm glad there were no bugs. This must have been by design.

Which just shows that whoever made the scope decisions did not understand the user.

I don't know who is responsible, but the ecommerce sites are pure crap. Book search by author or isbn? This isn't a book info tool, this is a consumer tool! Merchandise search by manufacturer name, brand? Holy Crap! Is this a fresh jump into 1997?

One goal this helps with is response time. Even given the ever fewer number of retail people to pull orders and deal with the returns, response time will be fine. No one will order. Ever! Well done Follett. You not only jumped the shark you played hopscotch all over it.

There are a number of development groups across the various divisions and a lot of different products. A lot of the work has been outsourced to various countries. India, ukraiine , russia. Saying it's development's fault is little too broad.

Network services are more than ping. Results speak for themselves. Again, development!!

Oh please you are comparing appples and oranges here "All the network and infrastructure works as designed" .... I can ping, I can ping ....

Wasn't the rumor CNS was taking credit for everything new out of IT, not now huh? Quite convenient.

Tell that to Mr. "bug free launch". Perhaps it is not the developers, but the leadership who can't tell the difference between quality and junk.

See what I mean. All the network and infrastructure works as designed, but development is ALWAYS the issue.

University of Miami still has the crocs listed under 'most popular'. Wonder how they are buying them since the link is still broken.

They seem fond of links to nothing.

Notre Dame bookstore. go to store news and offers. Select the top banner ad for "Adidas 25 to 75% off selected items". It takes you to an empty screen. Why would you display a banner ad for something that doesn't exist?

Wait until you see that half baked new POS. Half the functionality of the old one and will not work since we are customizing again. The good news is you have tablets to ring up sales in the aisles. Didn't I hear someone say leadership has no clue?

That really is shit, and is in production. Rush starts in 3-4 weeks. ML and SS are congratulating themselves every chance they get. Absolute garbage. I think CNS must have played a big role in this one. I see there marks all over it.

Oh great, not only is the department's practices reflecting the current leadership, so are the sites; Lagging, confused, inconsistent, nice appearance, hidden agendas and issues. Good work geniuses!

Those crocs are listed as recommended everywhere I go on that site, but you can't buy them. I guess we are just teasing the customers.

University of Miami main page. Click on the crocs listed in the most popular section. It takes me to a page saying the page I'm trying to access is no longer available. I guess that listing things that don't exist as most popular is by design. http://www.bkstr.com/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10062&productId=70915148&langId=-1
