Or is it poor planning? No clear vision of what they want with constantly changing requirements and insane deadlines. Solution: outsource and throw more headcount at it. Doesn't matter if you hire people who have no clue, just hire a few more.

Is it IT or the complexity of the college store industry. Once again, management publicly criticizes and degrades existing IT staff and promises a better future, this time outstourced. The business bought into it hook, line and sinker only to see the same old results, or worse.

And once again, it is another difficult implementation with many issues. Also, why is Infosys customizing the new POS extensively? I though that business adapted to state of the art commercial systems instead of the other way around.
