Some off these people would not know innovation without a map and compass. Bunch of fence sitters!

Yeah right, there is no innovation going here. Wishful thinking and playground tactics. If this management has so much innovation the last company they worked for would be doing a whole better, now two companies going down.
That's a good observation, but not all people are innovators and many are just fine sitting on the fence - you get compensated accordingly too.
