The past few months, our dc, teammates have been talking also about a union also. This process of the union chatter has just kinda of been talk only here. Any help would be great for advice!

You are in the right part of the country. You guys can lock down the NE during a strike. No DCs can cover extra stores during a strike around fall season. Power to the people man. I would recommend Teamsters. UPS is regional just like Target. You can not just pick up a distribution center and move across seas. I would guess that it would cost over 100 million to open a DC. I don't think they would close a DC and open up another 50 miles down the road with the same risk. Wish you luck.
