Retaliation indeed. Oh but wait they have a zero tolerance for retaliation........small disclaimer they leave out....unless it's management doing it then I think it's encouraged.
Have you read all the "bullying" posts, that would be categorized as a form of retaliation would it not?

Latest revisions ensure senior management with substantial bonuses they have worked for it. Anyone not at that level do not expect anything, those that objective expect a backlash.
Senior management will get large raises but everyone else will get little or nothing. Same as usual. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. I suggest that management volunteer to take a 20% salary cut and forego bonus until the company exceeds the unattainable sales and earnings goals they set for everyone. Associates should demand that management has skin in the game.
