So security gets cut in half and we're expected to believe that the DC's will be able to maintain the "safe and secure" culture? Good luck with that. Oh and just a heads up to TM's. If you weren't already told, since security will be permanently short handed the front desk area will have hours at a time with no one watching it. I'd say that makes for an open season on theft. But what do I know...I'm just a useless security guard.

I feel really bad about all the cuts in Logistics and TSS. As a driver, I talk to them and interact with them everyday. And I'm directly affected by the cuts. Anytime the line at the truck gates gets long, we work longer shifts and have less time to actually drive, which puts stress on us to make appointment times. This whole thing sucks. Has anyone at corporate seen a pay cut? I doubt it

God forbid there is ever an emergency on the floor, security is no longer in a position to respond. Open season for thieving, non-existent response time for any kind of emergency situation. Pray to god nothing happens, because the people watching your back and keeping you safe are being eliminated and put in a position to not be of support. Safe and secure no longer exists at Target, they sacrificed it to make money.
