The best things you all can do is form a Union. Repack is going to be next to get eliminated. If your 2 sites can get together(579 and 3802), you could have a lot of leverage in the NE part of the country. Target would not want an Union strike that could effect all stores in the Northeast. The bargain power would be greatest during November and December. I think they would be quick to negotiate a fair agreement during this time of the year. Having a Union is your American right.
