Whats up with the bluebook that was sent out with incorrect prices and editions and then had to be recalled? Was that a new leadership move (after getting rid of the old leadership and criticizing the bluebook in public?). Smooth move.

But, since I'm an asshole, I like to give my opinions AND speculate. So, my guess is that it is ONE BIG FUP like they don't even know it's BOOKS they're fin buying and I think things will get back to normal soon once they figger out WTF they're doing since they fin DON'T HAVE any of the intel they used to have. If you work in the HO consider yourself very, very lucky you don’t know! Any competent psychiatrist would judge him non compos mentis. A bully who uses his position to intimidate his subordinates and who never takes responsibility for his actions. He is truly a legend in his own mind! The older family members (who cared about the family’s reputation) would lose their minds if they knew how he treats associates.

Mary Lee’ed all the people that understood the Blue Book process and the Kfart’s are confused about what an economic hit Follett will take on this cluster f*. Senior management is looking for someone to blame (point the finger at yourself Mr. you own it!) and MLS is still focused on the value of Follett stock. Are you happy now Follett family?
