The disorganization, lack of professionalism, passive aggressiveness, and condescending attitudes are not worth the time or stress. Some of the home office staff don't respond to emails, correct errors that you point out, or do anything in a logical manner and then when a mistake happens it's your fault. I have an email chain between myself and a home office associate where he flat out lies about his intentions and his original ones are in the first communication. Grow up and admit to making a mistake and then fix it and move on! Placing blame on another associate is not effective or mature.

Good comeback I agree with passive aggressiveness, and condescending attitudes at HO, boy do I agree. What "service" department rules?
to 10873... good point, I will take my toys and go home and think about what I did.
I tolerate a lot, I listen a lot, but when it comes to an uneducated generalized statement without any supporting research that is against this country, well then if they have the right to voice their opinion we have the right to voice ours. Free speech. If you read the news it is growing in popularity in many nations. I can support that if you would like.

Turning the question sideways, if you can't tolerate other points of view, you're unamerican. As such you should leave right-a-way.
Well worded

Unfortunately, when you lay off your employees, disengage your remaining workers and hire leftover kfarts/sears as leaders, none of the remaining employees care anymore. As a wise leader at Follett used to say, I don't give a rats ass.

No I do not think that are common traits of an American company, just the opposite. Why would US companies being the outsourcing then?
Ha! Good point.
Aren't disorganization, passive aggressiveness and lack of professionalism the common traits of a modern American corporation?
