I have no idea why he held a directors level without a single person reporting to him? Talk about a waste of money. At least that program has ended that probably cost us over 2 million a year.

I will miss all of you, Cadre or not. All I can say is I had a really good gig for a long time. No one reported to me. I got Director pay and spent my time gazing at the ladies. How I will miss the ladies. I am a humble man but today and only today I will take credit for single handedly converting L3 management into what we have today. Managers that will be loyal to each other at all costs. What thanks do I get? You miserable pricks! You let me go? Watch the whole place crumble into ruins while I laugh at your ignorance.

Steve was a grade A a55hole and completely worthless. I sat next to to him one day while he was having lunch at Robert's restaurant and listened to him tell his old friend how awesome he was and that it was his job to take only the best players, "The A players", and make them "better". F*ck him. The guy is a waste of money and a charlatan. Good guy my a55. Isn't he the same guy you could see jog/limping down 2200 west at all hours of the work day?
There are a lot of people pissed off at Steve Hall and the CADRE folks. They must be butt hurt that they weren't selected to join.
CADRE' is another trendy fad that L-3 CSW fell for (they fall for most of them), on paper it sounded good, but it reality it was ANOTHER secret society and cult within a cult within a cult (Utah loves cults). A bunch of goofy, giddy, wannabe managers (why would you want to be) children running the place is what cadre was really doing, anyone not in the new cool kids club were out in the cold.

The Jason Benhisels, Roger Sus, Becky Marquettes, Kristy Morings won't know what to do now that they can't mentor (brainwash) new hires (young, beautiful women that Steve Hell let into Cadre) with all that "good shit" they learned in their third-tier executive MBA programs. Sounds like some schedules are about to get more free. Not sure how Cadre members like Merrill Stoddard, Kacee Call, or Master Guns will earn their next promotion without a Steve Hell recommendation.

Every post on this site turns thousands into millions and takes the chicken little drama thing way too far. Steve was a good guy. Management is top heavy and like it or not it is cost effective to start shaving some of the higher paid folks off of payroll. My only question is how, at this point does L3 garner trust from the ones left that once again feel like they are not worth hearing the truth from management until it happens on another Thursday morning without much regard for human dignity? If everyone stops bailing water what happens?
CADRE members have been voluntarily participating, unpaid, for over a year now. Yes, they pay Steve's salary and some other small expenses but that is not millions like you claim, not even close. Putting the cost-benefit analysis to the side, did Steve really walk out today!?
