Targets main issue is culture. They are extremely over inclusive. Too meeting heavy. They should cancel all statuses as they are a complete waste of time. And development is overdone. Its these things that create an environment led by gossip and so meeting heavy that no work gets done. If target wants to succeed they need to stop this culture.
