Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

TCoE has been pondering on the security testing initiative, I dont know for how long, involving all the "so called" experienced folks. But going no where. A testing department exists to catch issues before it goes into the field. At least some core/critical issues should be caught before, which can effect Target bottom line. If we had a good testing group, I feel the breach would not have occured or atleast to this extent. The worst testing group ever, mainly because of some of the ignorant leaders and managers there.
