They need to get Jeff Mader - Terri Lindall - Karl Riebs as well. They are managers with no sense of Technical knowledge either. I am in the process of creating an union website for Target employees. This will be a site that everyone will be able to go to and unionize multiple sites instead of one here and there. I have a lot of friends that need to be taken care of better, before they are outsourced out as well.

Not saying there is a relationship with them. Just the brown-nose effect.
It seems like the whole company was setup to maximize earnings by cutting cost like updating registers so that the execs in the mid 50s could pump the stock and retire. This company is flying blind in the DCs right now, and all Karl wants is managers in the DC. The meetings was just crazy. We would have a video conference and they spend nearly a hour trying to get the call to work right. Then we would just see Karl and Terri sitting so close, that if either one of the had the coal between them that was in my Target stocking this year, it would be a diamond.
The problem is not only tech or non-tech skills. It is the lack of LEADERSHIP and the excess of POLITICS. It is fostering the little club mentality of a work environment. Call it Mader, Johnson, Oostergard, etc. The problem is at the top. Very unfortunate that a company that fosters a 'grow our team from the inside' policy, goes and brings people at the top from the outside. Just hilarious. Happy weekend.
It got bad for us when Mader took over, then Karl threw us under the bus every chance he got. No one I know still in DTO trust the guy. (Snake in the grass) I am working on getting the site setup with forums and links to connect with unions. Power to the people.
I have to disagree with you on Terri. I can't speak about Mader or Riebs, but I have worked for Terri Lindahl. She's not a part of the problem.
I was let go in January along with 10 other employees. But would love to join your group.
