I heard that we announced 3 percent cuts, do you know if this is globally or only here in the states? Also, do we know what groups will be affected the most, are they going after more senior and middle manager positions or is this across the board. Also, do you know if seniority will play a role here - for example if you have two workers with different length of tenure with AIG, is the guy with less tenure going to be in a better position than the guy with more tenure?
